The room was large and clean. the bathroom was very nice and included a big shower. I liked it. the staff provided great service. They arranged a cake for my anniversary. the hotel is modern with a good location. It is right on the beach.

wonderful beachfront stay!

tasteful design soft grass musical act

The resort's layout is great, my room had a tasteful design with nice decor. The bed was also large and soft! the landscaping included soft grass and palm trees, providing lots of space , though the pool felt a little too warm. the bar offered musical acts and billiard games, it was great. i especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet with its many food choices.

Wonderful beach resort stay

friendly staff beautiful grounds spacious room fine beach

I found the staff friendly and helpful. This. The resort boasts a fantastic design and layout with beautifully landscaped grounds perfect for relaxation. My room was spacious and clean and featured tasteful décor with a supremely comfortable bed. I appreciated the large swimming pool and the easy access to the fine beach.

The service at the bar was slow and i had to go up to the bar to order drinks instead of being served at my seat.

The breakfast buffet had a chef making hoppers on request. This added a unique and tasty element. There was a decent variety of food available at the buffet and i enjoyed the local cuisine. The meals were excellent. Each dish was delicious.

The staff were always polite and said hello when they saw me. This personal touch felt very cute. The service at the restaurant was amazing. Staff were super friendly. I got a complimentary cake as a newlywed. That was a very nice touch.

charming beachfront stay

fresh bakery relaxing swim easy access

the breakfast was AMAZING!!! i found a wide selection including sri lankan dishes and fresh bakery items. the long swimming pool was perfect for a relaxing swim. the hotel is a short walk from the public beach, so it was easy to enjoy the ocean.

i noticed that some frontline staff lacked confidence during conversations. more training might help them feel more comfortable. however, most staff were very polite.

loud music inattentive staff

the noise from a wedding on the premises was unacceptable. loud music persisted until late , disrupting sleep. i also found the staff somewhat inattentive , particularly at the bar. ordering drinks required going to the bar myself , as staff did not take orders from the seating area.
